Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. We will email your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow a little extra time during launches, promotions and busy periods.

Returns & exchanges

Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Eligible rings can be exchanged for another size within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original, resalable condition. Please contact us before posting anything back.

Cleaning your jewellery

Gently polish your piece with the soft polishing cloth included with your order. Avoid abrasive cloths, chemical cleaners and harsh cleaning products.

Storing your jewellery

Keep your jewellery clean and dry in its Worry Rings box when it is not being worn. Store pieces separately where possible to help prevent scratching, tangling and unnecessary wear.

Wearing your jewels

Perfumes, lotions and cleaning products can dull your jewellery’s shine. Put your jewellery on last when getting ready, and remove it before showering, swimming, sleeping, exercising or using chemicals.

Prepared with care

Your jewellery arrives in a custom Worry Rings jewellery box with a protective interior, a soft polishing cloth and care information. Orders are placed in a padded mailer, or a protective shipping box for larger orders.

Multiple pieces & bundles

To avoid unnecessary packaging, up to four rings may be placed together in one jewellery box. Larger orders are divided across additional boxes, while bundles are presented together in one larger box.

Extra jewellery boxes and gift wrapping can be added separately when you need individual gift-ready packaging.
