Measured in millimetres for a more accurate fit

Two easy methods

How to measure your ring size

For the most reliable result, measure a ring that already fits the same finger. No suitable ring? You can measure your finger instead.

Recommended method

Measure a ring that fits

  1. Choose a ring that fits the same finger and hand you plan to wear your Worry Ring on.
  2. Place the ring flat on a ruler marked with millimetres.
  3. Measure straight across the widest part of the inside opening, from inner edge to inner edge.
  4. Match the measurement to the closest inside diameter in our chart.
Measure the inside opening only—not the outside edges of the ring.

Measure your finger

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it comfortably around the base of your finger.
  2. Check that it can move over your knuckle without being too loose.
  3. Mark the exact point where the paper overlaps.
  4. Lay it flat, measure the length in millimetres and match it to the closest circumference in our chart.
Use paper rather than stretchy string, which can give a smaller and less accurate result.

Tips for a better fit

01

Measure the correct finger

Finger sizes can vary between hands. Always measure the exact finger where the ring will be worn.

02

Measure when warm

Cold fingers can measure smaller. Measure when your hands are comfortably warm and at their usual size.

03

Check your knuckle

Your ring should pass over your knuckle with gentle resistance and sit securely without pinching.

04

Measure more than once

Measure two or three times, ideally at different times of day, before selecting your size.

Between two sizes?

We generally recommend choosing the larger size. Wider spinner rings and rotating bands can feel more snug than narrow rings, even when their inside measurements are similar.

This is a general guide based on average measurements across our range. Individual style measurements will be added progressively.

Sizing questions

How should my Worry Ring feel?

It should feel comfortably secure at the base of your finger and move over your knuckle with gentle resistance. It should not pinch, leave a deep mark or feel likely to slip off.

Why can the fit vary between ring styles?

Band width, shape and moving elements can change how a ring feels. Wider spinner or rotating designs may feel more snug than a narrow band with a similar inside diameter.

What should I do if I am between sizes?

We generally recommend selecting the larger available size, especially for wider bands. If the difference is significant or you are unsure, contact our team before ordering.

Can I use an Australian letter size?

Yes. The AUS/UK column provides the closest approximate letter size. Because sizing can vary slightly between ring designs, we recommend also checking the inside diameter of a ring that already fits.

What if I choose the wrong size?

Please contact our team as soon as possible after your order arrives. We will explain the available size exchange options and help you find a more suitable fit.
