  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not refund 
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return, refund or credit
  • Afterpay purchases are eligible for store credit, not refund
  • Earrings are not eligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons
  • Promotional items are eligible for store credit only, not refund (including. but not limited to buy two get one free, gifts and discount codes)
  • Size exchanges are not eligible for refund as this cost only covers shipping, not product


At Worry Rings we want you to LOVE your jewellery and will gladly accept returns or exchanges other than as stated in the conditions above, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
 
Our refund policy is a maximum of 14 days after the arrival of the product. We cannot refund an order if more than 14 days has passed since the delivery date. To receive a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. All refunds are processed back onto your original payment method. Refunds are not valid on shipping costs or card processing fees. A restocking fee of $9.95 applies to change of mind refunds. 
To complete your refund, proof of purchase will be needed.

 
Returning A Product
To return a product, please contact info@worryrings.com.au and provide your invoice number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent out to notify that the product has been received. We will then notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method.

 
Warranty
Worry Rings warranty is 30 days after the date of your product arrival. Any faulty / defective jewellery will be replaced free of charge within this time frame.

 

 

European Union (EU) & European Economic Area (EEA) Consumer Rights

This section applies only to customers located in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA).

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer and reside in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@worryrings.com.au and providing:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Products you wish to return

  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

 

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible

  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, defective, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to Worry Rings.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Earrings and other products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Products that have been damaged through misuse

  • Any other products exempt under applicable EU consumer legislation

Faulty or Defective Products

If your item arrives faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact us at info@worryrings.com.au and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

 

We reserve the right to update and modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the changed policy on our site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
