We just wanted to provide some context, as Brisbane's northside has experienced **significant flooding over the past week**, which has unfortunately disrupted our normal operations.
Your return arrived at our local Australia Post PO Box on **Tuesday**. However, due to the flooding, our courier has experienced delays collecting returns and bringing them through to our warehouse.
While Australia Post tracking shows your parcel as delivered, this refers to its arrival at our PO Box, not our HQ where exchanges are physically received and processed.
We completely understand you're eager to receive your replacement, and we're doing everything we can to work through these unexpected delays safely.
As soon as your parcel reaches our HQ, we'll process your exchange as a priority.

I adore this so much! The shape sits really nicely and I like that it looks quite organic. The quality looks beautiful and doesn't seem like it will scratch. And I had lovely and personal customer support when I needed help with a voucher and re-stocking queries. One thing that would be great is if I was able to buy a second matching longer chain to be able to mix it up without buying another one with the keeper 🙏🫶

i got a beaded worry ring in 2021 (i think!!) and had it for years!! soo durable and barely lost any of its shine and colour over the years. the only reason i got a new one this year is because i left my old one overseas accidentally- truly it is worth the money and really helps as someone that struggles badly with biting my nails! highly recommend!

I inherited man hands, so most of these rings are a bit small. Maybe some XL rings or make them adjustable

Our Reclaiming Bundle is adjustable to a point, but we also have a range of sized rings that go up to a size 12, and our Haven Rings are available up to a size 13 (approximately an Australian Z+).

I love my worry ring. It's soothing in very stressful situations and is saving my fingernails from being torn. Only complaint is after it squeaks a bit and after a week it stiffened up and now requires a bit more force to twist it. Still very useful, but I need to use two fingers instead of one to spin it. And the squeaking can be a bit awkward.

I'm sorry to hear it's become a little stiff and started squeaking. This can occasionally happen if tiny particles such as dust, lint or soap residue work their way into the bearing over time.
A quick soak in warm soapy water while gently rotating the ring usually does the trick. If it's still feeling stiff afterwards, a tiny drop of bearing oil can work wonders. We actually sell a jewellery-safe bearing oil that helps flush out any remaining residue while allowing the bearing to spin smoothly and almost silently again. If you have some at home, even a very small amount of WD-40 can also help in the meantime.
