Receive your label

Purchase your label and we’ll email your printable label and Australia Post QR code after reviewing the request.

Return and replace

Reuse your original packaging. Once the rings arrive and are approved, we’ll send your replacement sizes.

No printer? Show your QR code at a participating Australia Post location and they can print the label for you. Please lodge the parcel within 14 days and retain your lodgement receipt.

Exchange conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Multiple eligible rings may be returned together using one label.
Every ring being returned must be listed in the exchange request.
Rings must be unworn apart from trying them on and remain in their original, resalable condition.
Replacement sizes are subject to availability.
Original rings must be received and approved before replacements are sent. (If your exchange is urgent, please email info@worryrings.com.au and we will expedite processing where possible)
The parcel must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the label.
Please retain your Australia Post proof of lodgement.
