Our rotating rings are designed with an internal spinning mechanism, and occasionally things like hand cream, soap residue, dust, or everyday debris can build up between the bands and affect how freely the ring rotates.

The good news is that this is usually a very easy fix. We recommend soaking the ring in some warm soapy water for a few minutes and then gently rotating the band while rinsing it. In most cases, this helps clear any build-up and restores the smooth rotation.

If you’ve tried this and the ring is still not rotating as it should, please reach out to our team with your order number and we’d be more than happy to help further.

The box is an optional add-on that can be purchased separately, often by customers who are purchasing multiple items and would like an additional box for gifting or storage. As it is an optional upgrade, we appreciate that customers may have different expectations of the product.

We do also have a bearing oil to make our rings completely silent! We know everyone has different preferences! Some people like a little bit of feedback from the rings, some people like it to be silent!

However they should not be EXTREMELY noisey, so if you belive you have a faulty item, make sure you reach out to the team via email with your order number and a video so we can provide a replacement!
