Shipping policy

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.

 

Processing times

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1 - 4 business days. You will be contacted if there is any delays due to unforseen circumstances. Please allow extra time during busy sale periods

 

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track your order with this tracking number direct via the couriers website. If you need any help with this, please email us at info@worryrings.com.au

 

What happens if I have chosen the wrong size ring?

Australian Customers

Each customer has one free replacement of an incorrect size ring. We only charge a flat fee of $9.95 for Align, Lunar and Cuban link rings and $14.95 for Elevate rings to cover the cost of postage and handling. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing up your ring don't hesistate to get in touch via email or social media. If your ring is too big or too small, simply email us at info@worryrings.com.au to organise your replacement!

International Customers

Each customer has one free replacement of an incorrect size ring. We only charge a flat fee of $16.95 for Align, Lunar and Cuban link rings and $19.95 for Elevate rings to cover the cost of posage and handling. Business day means Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
