  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not refund
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return, refund or credit
  • Afterpay purchases are eligible for store credit, not refund

At Worry Rings we want you to LOVE your jewellery and will gladly accept returns or exchanges other than as stated in the conditions above, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
 
Our refund policy is a maximum of 14 days after the arrival of the product. We cannot refund an order if more than 14 days has passed since the delivery date. To receive a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. All refunds are processed back onto your original payment method. Refunds are not valid on shipping costs. 
To complete your refund, proof of purchase will be needed.

 
Returning A Product
To return a product, please contact info@worryrings.com.au and provide your invoice number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent out to notify that the product has been received. We will then notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method.

 
Warranty
Worry Rings warranty is 30 days after the date of your product arrival. Any faulty / defective jewellery will be replaced free of charge within this time frame.

 

We reserve the right to update and modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the changed policy on our site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
